Data we collect

When you buy: first and last name, email address, country and, where applicable, billing address; order references and history; exchanges with customer service. Card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe: we never have access to them.

Purposes and legal bases

• Processing orders, delivering products and handling customer service – performance of the contract.
• Accounting and invoicing – legal obligation.
• Preventing payment fraud – legitimate interest.
• Sending information about our products, only if you agreed – consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Recipients

Your data is used only by the Seller and its technical providers, within the limits of their tasks: Stripe (payments), the website host (Netlify) and the tools used to send emails and deliver products. It is never sold. Some providers are located outside the European Union, notably in the United States; these transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.

Retention periods

• Customer data: 3 years after the last purchase;
• Accounting records and invoices: 10 years (legal obligation);
• Marketing data: 3 years after the last contact.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to give instructions about your data after your death. To exercise them: contact@solferino-developpement.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe payment pages may set cookies that are strictly necessary for payment security and fraud prevention.
